Ask customers for a tip

Your shop can ask customers to add a tip when they pay in the Loving Loyalty
app. It does not apply to the till.

Where it is

Open Shop → Settings and type tip in Search settings.... There is one
switch per order type, both under Order management.

The tip settings

Setting What it does
Prompt for tip (Eat in) Asks for a tip when an eat-in order is paid in the app
Prompt for tip (Takeaway) The same for takeaway orders

Each switch saves as soon as you change it. Because they are separate, you can ask
for a tip on eat-in orders and not on takeaway, or the other way round.

If something goes wrong
