Connecting Tripletex accounting

Before you begin: Make sure you are logged in to the Loving Loyalty Manager. If you have not logged in yet, see How to log in and reset your password.

Tripletex is a Norwegian cloud accounting and ERP system. Connecting it to Loving Loyalty automatically syncs your POS sales into Tripletex.

Note: The Tripletex integration is available for Norwegian shops only.

Connecting Tripletex

  1. Go to Accounting under Integrations in the left sidebar.
  2. Find Tripletex and click Connect.
  3. Enter your Tripletex API credentials when prompted. You can find these in your Tripletex account under Settings → API access.
  4. Once saved, Tripletex shows as Enabled on the Accounting page.

Editing settings

After connecting, click Edit settings next to Tripletex.

In the settings page you can configure:

  • Start date and time — When to begin syncing transactions.
  • Department — Which Tripletex department to post entries under.
  • Income accounts — Account mapping for sales income lines.
  • VAT codes — Norwegian VAT codes for each tax rate.
  • Payment accounts — Account mapping per payment method.

Click Save when done.

Disconnecting

On the Accounting page, click Disable or Delete next to Tripletex.
