How to Search for past order

This guide provides a quick walkthrough for locating individual customer orders within the Loving Loyalty platform using date range filters. Learn how to efficiently navigate the search interface to pinpoint specific order details and items.

1. Navigate to https://app.lovingloyalty.com/

Open Order Search

2. Click "Search for order"

Set Date Range

3. Click the "Choose interval" field.

4. Click the previous-month arrow in the date picker.

5. Click August 4 in the date picker.

6. Click August 29 in the date picker.

7. Click "Search"

View Search Results

8. Click the Tangy Wings order.
